The costs for an architect are based on the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The fee is calculated as a percentage of the eligible construction costs and depends on the service phase and the fee zone. We are happy to provide you with an individual offer for your planning services.
Several trades are involved in shell construction: earthworks, foundation, masonry work, concrete and reinforced concrete work, carpentry work for the roof structure, and sealing work. The coordination of these trades is crucial for a timely and high-quality construction progress.
The building acceptance takes place after the completion of the construction project. Together with the client and the executing companies, all visible defects and deviations from the planning are documented. It is important to create an acceptance protocol and to set a deadline for the rectification of outstanding issues. The warranty period only begins with the acceptance.
