These terms govern the use of the construction project platform operated by Altogether Constructors GmbH. By registering and using the platform, you accept the following regulations.
These terms of use apply to all services of the platform, including project management, tenders, and communication between clients, architects, and executing companies. The contractual partner is Altogether Constructors GmbH, Gerhard-Ortner-Ring 646.
The platform merely provides the technical infrastructure for project communication. We assume no liability for the accuracy of construction plans, structural calculations, or material specifications uploaded by third parties. Responsibility for compliance with building regulations lies with the respective specialist planner.
Each user undertakes to provide only correct and complete information. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, in particular the dissemination of forged certificates or unauthorized building materials, is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate suspension of access.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. Technical measures such as SSL encryption and regular security audits protect the transmitted project data. Users are obliged to keep their access data confidential.
We reserve the right to change these terms with four weeks' notice. The user relationship can be terminated at any time by informal notification to info@altogetherconstructors.com. Upon termination, all project data will be deleted within 30 days.
